Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our full policy here: https://erl.store/pages/refund-policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached to each item, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or request an exchange, please go to https://returns.erl.store and sign in with your order number to start a return:
- Access your order history to request a return or exchange for any unwanted items.
- Select and pay for a return label.
- For international orders: complete customs forms at zero value and clearly indicate your package as a RETURN.
- Pack the item(s) in their original shipping box or a sturdy carton box.
- Seal the box securely with tape.
- Affix the return information label and a prepaid return shipping label over the previous delivery details on the box.
- Contact the carrier to arrange a collection or drop your package at a pick up point
Cost for Return
Please note that you must pay the shipping cost for returning products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and exchange and ERL has no obligation to pay such costs.
International Returns
Kindly ensure that the goods are explicitly labeled as RETURNS on any customs documentation and that the accurate value of the items is declared. Failure to mark the goods appropriately or declare a zero value may result in potential delays or incurring import duties.
Paid Import duties and local tax
Once a shipment is processed through customs clearance, customs authorities do not issue refunds on the fees paid. Please note that duties, taxes, or any additional charges incurred will not be refunded by ERL. For any return questions on international orders, you can always contact us at help@erl.studio.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please be advised that certain items are non-returnable. This includes all underwear, socks, and jewelry purchases, as well as any custom-made or one-of-one items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Products
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sale items.
Instant Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by making an instant exchange here: https://returns.erl.store. By choosing the instant exchange option, you won’t need to wait for the original item to be returned and processed. We’ll ship the new item straight away and place a hold on your credit card while we wait for the return item to arrive.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Please note returns can take up to 10 business days to process from arrival at our warehouse. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within another 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@erl.studio.
